Everyone’s journey with serious illness – whether it’s their own or that of a loved one – is distinctively different and highly personal. Those who haven’t experienced the support of experts, such as Centrica Care Navigators, may not understand all the advantages that can make the journey more fulfilling. Here, patients and families share their stories to deepen that understanding and offer the hope and comfort that come from compassionate, expert care.

Another vital part of our Story Catcher program is empowering patients to tell their life stories, memories and lessons learned. Trained volunteers capture these stories in an audio recording, so families have a priceless keepsake, delivered in their loved one’s voice and unique style, to share and treasure for years to come.
