Always Expanding Our Circle of Care

Originally founded as Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, Centrica is a nonprofit organization that was created to serve the communities where we live. We’ve established a long legacy of innovating to provide a better, more comprehensive circle of care for you and your family. During our 40-plus years of caring for our community, we’ve continually expanded our programs and reach to serve more of our neighbors at different points in their care journey.

As part of our ongoing innovation and expansion, Centrica is now a member of NorthStar Care Community – a nationwide organization of mission-driven programs and services that improve access to seriously ill care for everyone, regardless of their age, diagnosis or financial circumstances. As a member of NorthStar Care Community, we’re able to better guide our patients and families through serious illness with the help, collective knowledge and best practices of a larger group of mission-aligned experts.

We collaborate with your physicians, healthcare system and insurance provider to coordinate the best care plan for you, typically delivered wherever you call home.
