Ways to Give
Thanks to generous support from our community, Centrica Care Navigators is a leading expert in end-of-life care. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, we are dedicated to providing hospice care to all who need it. As the “community’s hospice,” we say yes to everyone, regardless of age, diagnosis, location, or financial circumstance. We rely on charitable dollars–gifts from people like you–to keep that commitment.
Find Your Way to Give

3rd Party Fundraising
3rd Party Fundraising empowers supporters to raise funds on behalf of the hospice through personal events, campaigns, or community initiatives. Whether it’s a walk, celebration, or online fundraiser, these efforts help extend compassionate care to patients and families. We provide tools, guidance, and gratitude to help make every fundraiser meaningful and successful. Together, these community-driven efforts amplify our mission and impact.

Caring Circle
The Caring Circle Annual Giving Society recognizes donors who make a yearly commitment to sustaining hospice care. Members provide reliable support that ensures comfort, dignity, and compassion for patients and families throughout the year. As a member, donors receive special recognition and updates highlighting the impact of their generosity. Caring Circle supporters form the foundation of our ongoing mission.

Family Funds
Family Funds allow individuals or families to establish a dedicated fund in honor of their loved ones or family legacy. These funds provide a personalized way to support hospice services that reflect your values and priorities. Contributions can be made over time and may support specific programs or areas of greatest need. Family Funds create a lasting connection between your family and the care we provide.

Gifts of Securities
Donating appreciated stocks or securities is a tax-efficient way to support hospice care. These gifts may allow donors to make a meaningful charitable contribution while providing vital funding for patient services and organizational sustainability. This option benefits both the donor and the mission they care about most.

Giving Every Month
Giving Every Month offers an easy, convenient way to make a lasting impact through automatic monthly donations. Even modest recurring gifts add up over time and provide dependable support for hospice programs. Monthly giving helps ensure patients and families receive consistent, compassionate care when they need it most. Donors can adjust or stop their gifts at any time.

Legacy Giving
Legacy Gifting allows donors to include the hospice in their estate plans and create a lasting impact for future generations. Through bequests, trusts, or beneficiary designations, supporters ensure their values live on through compassionate care. Legacy gifts help sustain hospice services well into the future. This thoughtful form of giving leaves a meaningful and enduring legacy.

Matching Gifts
Matching Gifts enable donors to double—or even triple—their impact through employer-sponsored giving programs. Many companies match charitable contributions made by their employees or retirees. With a simple request, a single gift can go even further in supporting hospice care. Matching Gifts are an easy way to maximize generosity at no additional cost to the donor.

Memorial Tribute Gifts
Memorial Tribute Gifts honor the life and memory of a loved one while supporting hospice care. These gifts provide a meaningful way to celebrate someone’s legacy and compassion for others. Families and friends can give in remembrance, often receiving acknowledgment of the tribute. Memorial gifts transform loss into hope and comfort for others.
