As we begin a new year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of Centrica Care Navigators. Because of your generosity, thousands of patients and families in our community were surrounded with a circle of care and compassion.
Your support throughout 2025 made a meaningful difference. Together, we provided in-person and virtual grief support services, strengthened our clinical teams serving hospice, palliative, and pediatric patients, and deepened our community education and outreach for families navigating serious illness. Most importantly, you ensured we could be there for patients and loved ones, day and night, during some of life’s most difficult moments.
I was recently reminded of the profound importance of one of our philanthropic programs, like veteran care, when I heard a Vietnam veteran speak at one of our fundraising events. Our team tailors care to honor the unique needs of those who have served our country, whether by recognizing their service, creating space for reflection, or supporting meaningful conversations about their life experiences. These moments often mean more to patients and families than we can ever fully know. As CEO, I am especially proud of our staff’s deep commitment and investment in this vital program.
